The Executive Board meets weekly to discuss upcoming events, branch updates, and internal affairs. Meetings are attended by the five elected executive officers and the heads of each of the four branches.

Dhilan Lavu is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Data Analytics and Legal Studies. Beginning his involvement with GPA in his first few weeks on campus, Dhilan has previously served as president of the Polybian Society. Apart from GPA, he is part of the West Philadelphia Tutoring Project, Model Congress, and the Penn Undergraduate Law Journal. In his free time, Dhilan loves playing intramural sports like basketball, ultimate frisbee, and soccer.

Class of 2026 | Philosophy, Politics, and Economics
Sage Mehta is a sophomore from Carmel, Indiana studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE). Besides GPA and helping to re-kickstart the Penn Political Action group, she is a part of the PORES Research Fellowship, NBC Decision Desk monitoring team, Penn Debate Society, and Penn Boxing Club. She has been highly involved in efforts for social justice in central Indiana and contributing to national policy work. Outside of school, Sage enjoys poking around cities, listening to R&B music, drawing/painting in realism, drinking coffee, and zooming around the roundabouts in her hometown.

Vishal Krishnaiah is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, studying Economics and Political Science. A proud San Franciscan, he loves In-N-Out and thinks fog is the best weather. He is involved with both Polybian and PPA, previously serving as the GPA Deputy of Finance. His academic interests include international affairs and trade policy. In his spare time, he likes to read, watch comedy specials, and spend time with his dog when he's back home.

Class of 2026 | Sociology; Physics
Linda Xu is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, double majoring in Sociology and Physics with concentrations in Law and Society and Astrophysics. She has been an active member of Penn Policy Action since her freshman year, alongside working on layout design for the Penn Political Review in previous semesters. Apart from GPA, she is involved with the Netter Center as both a student mentor and research assistant. In her free time, she likes reading, ice skating, various arts and crafts, and niche Wikipedia articles.
